About Me

I am an executive coach living in the UK.  I'm also the author of The Three Levels of Leadership: How to Develop Your Leadership Presence, Knowhow and Skill, published in the UK by Management Books 2000.  It's a practical manual focusing on the psychological challenges of becoming a leader - something that's been largely ignored in the literature until now.  It hasn't yet been released in the USA.
