Elizabeth - The second edition of The Power of Purpose is not out of print, but I noticed is well that it is out of stock on the bkconnection.com website. I'm looking into that. Thanks for the posts. By the way, we are also working on a second edition of Repacking Your Bags, one of Richard Leider's biggest books. David

I just checked the second edition of Richard Leider's The Power of Purpose and it is OUT OF PRINT! As David Marshall so aptly stated the ebook version selling like crazy for the iPAD version...now paperback sales crazy too.."Goes to show you just can't get enough meaning in your life, and you never outgrow the need to search for more purpose." Absolutely true in these times of turbulence and uncertainty!

I just tabulated the iBooktore sales of The Power of Purpose for the it's first five weeks. It has consitenently been one of the Top-3 bestselling BK titles along with Leadership and Self-Deception and Confessions of an economic hit man. It has sold 111 copes so far, for $1,109 sales at $9.99 per e-book. And it looks great on the iPad, too. Congratulations, Richard Leider!

It was a deep privilege working with Richard on the new edition of The Power of Purpose. He's such a wise and generous man. And he saw the "purpose" wave coming long before the rest of us. It's not just about "what gets you up in the morning"--it's about living better in every way. Richard--and this book--are treasures.

I just looked at our weekly sales report for the iBookstore, and The Power of Purpose e-book is selling like hotcakes on the new Apple iPad. Goes to show you just can't get enough meaning in your life, and you never outgrow the need to search for more purpose.
