Here is a tough one. Scenario Planning for Organizations outlines the process and practice for a complete and comprehensive approach to planning. Typically marketed to the business and academic audience but packaged with an unusual twist. Which cover do you think the experts in the field chose?

I think that #1 is the best design and most intriguing, although I really don't understand the concept. #2 gets my vote because of its strong design and powerful image. #4 isn't bad but #3 looks like a very dated brochure from a door company. To answer Dianne's question as to which one was chosen by the "experts in the field", I'll go with #3.
4, altho the subtitle is lost. but it's a good thumb format.
