Creating a World That Works for All

We have created a three-dimensional model of the Multiverse from our new book Infinite Possibility by Joe Pine and Kim Korn.  Like The Experience Economy (also by Joe Pine) before it, Infinite Possibility could end up becoming an enormously influential business book.

The BIG IDEA of the book is the “Multiverse,” a three-dimensional cube made of of eight mini-cubes that describe how companies should think of selling and marketing their products and services in our ‘New Normal’ networked and digitally interactive world.  The eight different realms are 1) Reality, 2) Augmented Reality, 3) Alternative Reality, 4) Warped Reality, 5) Virtuality, 6) Augmented Virtuality, 7) Physical Virtuality, and 8) Mirrored Virtuality.

The 3D Multiverse application was designed to help people quickly grasp the differences between the eight realms and apply to real life using a consistent baseball metaphor. In most cases, we profiled our World Series Champions: The San Francisco Giants.

Here is what you can do with the 3D Multiverse

  • Spin it with your cursor to see and expore all eight realms.
  • Click on any front-facing realm to discover a description of that realm, a sample baseball photo and a real-world link.
  • Click on the ‘About’ button to see 1) What Is the Multiverse?, 2) Video: Joseph Pine on Infinite Possibility, 3) About the Book (with hotlink to bkconnection.com product page), 4) About the Authors, and 5) Credits
  • An upper-right ‘Controls’ button helps you navigate around the 3D Multiverse.

Let me know what you think of the 3D Multiverse.

Thanks,

David
