Creating a World That Works for All

As a tie-in with Valentine's Day, BK is currently running a 'Love to Read? Read to Love!' promotion, offering 30% off selected titles to help you love your work, love your life, and love the world around you.

You can see those books here, but we don't want this to be all about BK.

Instead, we're inviting you to share your favorite love books, and we mean that in any way possible. These could be books that have helped you love yourself or love others, books about love, or simply just a book you love...or even love to hate!

I'll start: My favorite books about love are in Lawrence Durrell's 'The Alexandria Quartet' -- Justine, Balthazar, Mountolive, and Clea. This set of books, each of which present one person's perspective on a single set of events, is not solely about love, but it does spend a serious amount of time on the subject. I read all four of these voraciously in one summer, right after my first serious break-up, and I learned a lot about the ways in which different people can view the same thing in such disparate ways. I also a learned a lot about World War II, religious mysticism, and Egypt. Topical, no?

So, that's my selection...for now.

Your turn! Share the love!
