A Conversation for New Possibilities
Once a month, starting in February, I have been leading a generative conversation to imagine completely new structures for leadership and governance. We are starting with the acknowledgment that virtually all of our existing institutions - like the UN, Washington, BP, Sacramento and other large private and public institutions worldwide - are impotent or nearly so, dysfunctional and for all practical purposes obsolete. Once we take this stand we can begin to imagine new more appropriate structures that can serve us as we are today, not as we used to be.

David, the conversations don't lend themselves to "reportage" but are processes for getting to that place of discovery, where imagination eventually kicks in. The big hurdle is getting our existing institutions out of our heads and breaking that habit of looking to them for answers.
If you would like to join one and try reporting what occurred you are most welcome. They aren't secret call, merely excursionary and exploratory....those "you had to be there" types of situations.....{:
